We utilize the highest quality of ingredients out there and even set up the entire dining area so the host doesn’t have to lift a finger. Owner and operator, Dylan Koth, is a veteran Hibachi Chef who’s been in the culinary world for over a decade. After obtaining his bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Oklahoma State University, Chef Dylan spent years of training in restaurants such as Benihana and an Oklahoma local, Musashi’s, to hone his skills. After covid hit in 2020, Chef Dylan decided it was time to go out on his own, take his knowledge and expertise in the hibachi scene and bring the fun and excitement right to the client.
