Solo owner and operator, Dylan Koth, is a new and exciting Private Chef who specializes in hibachi style dinner/entertainment and recently entered the Oklahoma food scene. After completing his education in Hospitality from Oklahoma State, he moved to Denver, Colorado to begin his training with the Benihana Restaurant Group. After years of working in the Denver Hibachi scene, Chef Dylan is back to amaze the people of Oklahoma with his variety of skills and dangerous knife and fire juggling in accompaniment with a delicious feast of Japanese/American influenced cuisine.
